Returns Policy

A binding contract is formed between you and Colourscape Jewellery when you receive confirmation that your order has been accepted.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (Consumer Protection) you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 working days of receiving your goods.

We will only accept goods returned in their original condition.

How To Return Goods

To return an item: please email us first at returns@colourscapejewellery.com

We will then give you the correct returns address. Please pack the item securely, enclosing your invoice. Items must be returned by Recorded Delivery.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will reimburse you in full. You however will be responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods to us, Recorded Delivery.

If the return is due to an error we have made, we will correct the order or reimburse you in full, including your postal charges. Please email us first at returns@colourscapejewellery.com

If the item is faulty or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement or reimburse you in full, including your postal charges. Please email us first at returns@colourscapejewellery.com

How is a refund credited?

If you have paid using your PayPal account, the money will be refunded to your PayPal account balance.

If you have paid using your credit or debit card, the money will be refunded to your card. This may take up to 30 days to appear on your card statement.
